There are so many things we are in charge of in our life. Our mindset and our actions are thee most important. For example, If someone didn’t treat you fairly, you are not responsible for holding onto the anger they caused. You are only accountable for your own actions and that’s it.

I’ve seen so many people’s behaviors be heavily influenced by what others did not do ... “this person did not clean up, so I won’t either”. “that person did not say hi, so I won’t say hi either “. “They did not treat me with respect, so I won’t treat them with respect either”. “No fair, they did not have to do that to be successful, why should I do it?”.

Stop allowing pettiness to weigh you down. Don’t allow what other people to keep you from doing what you want or need to do. At the end of the day, ONLY YOU are responsible for the things YOU do - NO ONE ELSE.

Wellness Adventure Wednesday!

Have you ever tried something that someone else recommended AND it did not work for you?

Through my wellness adventures, I have came across many things that promised to “cure” certain ailments or they boasted to give super human powers. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they wouldn’t.

I had to start tuning into what my own mind,body & spirit responded to. There were specific things that my body loved and other things that my mind & spirit would reject. There is no one size fits all wellness. We have all been uniquely made and each of us function differently.

Don’t give up when you try something and it doesn’t work the way you thought it would. I’ve been working hard on my own wellness for years now with lots of trial and error. There were many times, I wanted to give up and just stay stuck in my un-wellness. BUT a gentle nudge would remind me,”there is no one size fits all wellness. What if you tried one more time and you finally start living life the way you’ve imagined?”.

I’m so happy I kept digging for the right wellness routine for me. I’ve met a lot of amazing people and experienced so many different things. Keep trying things till you get the results you are seeking. You are worth it. I’m here to help you if you need any guidance with your own wellness adventure.

HAPPY FULL MOON MONDAY!

I wanted to share with you guys something that I've been doing to help me during the Full Moon time. 

In the past, I had a very hard time grounding myself around the Full Moon. But I have been learning how to use different tools to help me work with the Full Moon energy so it won't through me off balance.

🌙 The Full Moon is the perfect time to get your crystals out for a moonlight bath. (Also, you can place a jug of water outside too and soak up the good vibes). The moonlight will infuse your water and crystals with the beautiful healing energy of the moon.
