Wellness Adventure Wednesday!
Have you ever tried something that someone else recommended AND it did not work for you?
Through my wellness adventures, I have came across many things that promised to “cure” certain ailments or they boasted to give super human powers. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they wouldn’t.
I had to start tuning into what my own mind,body & spirit responded to. There were specific things that my body loved and other things that my mind & spirit would say “no thanks”. There is no one size fits all wellness. We have all been uniquely made and each of us function differently.
Don’t give up when you try something and it doesn’t work the way you thought it would. I’ve been working hard on my own wellness for years now with lots of trial and error. There were many times, I wanted to give up - BUT a gentle nudge would remind me,”there is no one size fits all wellness. What if you tried one more time and you finally start living life the way you’ve imagined?”.
I’m so happy I kept digging for the right wellness routine for me. I’ve met a lot of amazing people and experienced so many different things. Keep trying things till you get the results you are seeking. You are worth it. I’m here to help you if you need any guidance with your own wellness adventure.
HAPPY FULL MOON MONDAY!
I wanted to share with you guys something that I've been doing to help me during the Full Moon time.
I have been learning how to use different tools to help me work with the Full Moon’s energy.
🌙 The Full Moon is the perfect time to get your crystals out for a moonlight bath. (Also, you can place a jug of water outside too and soak up the good vibes). The moonlight will infuse your water and crystals with the beautiful healing energy of the moon.
💓Grateful there are tools that we can tangibly lean on when we start to feel some sort of way.

Mindset Monday in the house!
Have you ever let a past “mistake” keep you from moving forward? (Slowly raises hand ). Don’t be ashamed. It’s ok. Mistakes or better yet, experiences, are what we grow and learn from. Just like Bob Ross said, “No mistakes. Just happy accidents”.
Today is the day to set yourself FREE! Don't allow your past to define your current or future life. Learn and grow from the past. Don't let it hold you back from pursuing and fulfilling your dreams. We all have a past that has the potential to hold us hostage if we let it.
Today, acknowledge your past and move forward. It's time to shed the old and allow the new to take root
